Our Right To Read logo

The story

a charity that tackles the problem of illiteracy both for children and adults, notably prisoners. Our Right To Read uses a technique using synthetic phonics now regarded as the most effective teaching method.

The picture

The design of the logo reflects - literally - the way text can be confused in the eyes of a dyslexic reader, the beneficial effects of the reading scheme, and also shows the emotional effects of overcoming illiteracy at any level. A unique smiley face.
